We work one-on-one with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, past trauma, or personal crossroads. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include evidence-based approaches like CBT, SFBT, Narrative therapy, Attachment Theory, RIASEC Model or Strength-Based counseling.
